TORNADO AND SPECIAL MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......

AND ADJACENT WATERS OF THE GREAT LAKES
 
 
AT 310 PM BUFFALO RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND POSSIBLY A
TORNADO OVER CHAUTAUQUA LAKE IN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING
TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL AFFECT THE NORTHERN
HALF OF THE COUNTY DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
