AND ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ONTARIO AND THE UPPER NIAGARA RIVER
 
AT 555 PM...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS NEAR
THE CITY OF NIAGARA FALLS AND APPROACHING GRAND ISLAND. THESE STORMS
WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE AFFECTING
THE CITIES OF NIAGARA FALLS, GRAND ISLAND AND NORTHERN BUFFALO FROM
600 PM TO 645 PM.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
