THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE LINE WITH CATTARAUGUS COUNTY...8 MILES SOUTH OF

THE STORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE NORTHWEST AT 5 TO 10 MPH AND WILL
PASS NEAR OR JUST WEST OF OLEAN...TO NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF ROUTE 219 AND
ROUTE 17 BY 830 PM.
 
HEAVY DOWNPOURS OF RAIN...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS AND POSSIBLE
HAIL WILL ACCOMPANY THIS STORM.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
