FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST NEW YORK
 
   ...FULTON COUNTY
 
RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE EXCEEDED TWO INCHES ACROSS THE COUNTY. THIS HAS
ALLOWED STREAMS AND CREEKS TO RISE QUICKLY SINCE 10 PM. SOME OF THESE
CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL FLOW OVER THEIR BANKS AND WILL RESULT IN
FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND PROPERTY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
