TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1245 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

A SKYWARN SPOTTER JUST REPORTED A BUILDING COLLAPSE IN LIMERICK TOWNSHIP
IN NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY.  THIS IS LINE WITH THE THUNDERSTORM
THAT HAS PRODUCED A REPORTED TORNADO AT AROUND 1140 PM NEAR DOWNINGTOWN
IN CHESTER COUNTY.
 
THIS TORNADO IS MOVING NORTHNORTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL MOVE NEAR
FREDERICK AND GREEN LANE.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS
TORNADO...MOVE TO A BELOW GROUND SHELTER IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE
GO TO A SMALL CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.
