AT 420 PM RADAR SHOWED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS IN NORTHERN DELAWARE ABOUT
TO CROSS THE DELAWARE INTO SALEM COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH AND WILL BE IN THE VICINITY OF PENNS GROVE BEFORE
445 PM.
