AT 452 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHERN BURLINGTON COUNTY NEAR THE TOWNS OF
BURLINGTON AND FLORENCE.
 
THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY EAST-NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
 
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH CONTINUES FOR SOUTHEASTERN
PENNSYLVANIA AND SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY UNTIL 900 PM EDT.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH
LITTLE OR NO ADVANCED WARNING.
 
HEAVY RAINS WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES VERY QUICKLY.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  THE WATER MAY BE DEEPER
