FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...COASTAL WATERS OF OCEAN AND ATLANTIC COUNTIES


AT 1237 AM...ATLANTIC CITY RADAR SHOWED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS IN NORTHERN
ATALANTIC AND SOUTHERN OCEAN COUNTIES.  THESE STORMS ARE MOVING EAST AT
20 MPH AND WILL AFFECT THE COASTAL WATERS DURING THE NEXT HALF HOUR WITH
WIND GUSTS PAST 40 MPH...SMALL HAIL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS.
