TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 545 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE
FOLLOWING COUNTIES

IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA
     KAY

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
     KILDARE...NEWKIRK AND PONCA CITY

AT 519 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO AND SPOTTERS REPORTED
A FUNNEL HALF WAY TO THE GROUND 2 MILES NORTH OF PONCA CITY.

THE DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
