AT 307 PM...A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED 4 MILES WEST OF FAIRMONT...
ALONG INTERSTATE 90. THE STORM PRODUCING THE FUNNEL IS MOVING SOUTHEAST
AT 20 MILES AN HOUR...AND IT WILL AFFECT FAIRMONT AND EAST CHAIN
THROUGH 345 PM.
