THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE TOWNS OF ROCHESTER...AUSTIN...AND PRESTON.
 
AT 655PM A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY A WEATHER SERVICE EMPLOYEE
23 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ROCHESTER NEAR GRAND MEADOW.  ANOTHER POSSIBLE
TORNADO WAS REPORTED 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ROCHESTER NEAR SALEM CORNER.
 
PERSONS IN ROCHESTER...STEWARTVILLE...GRAND MEADOW...AUSTIN...AND LE ROY
SHOULD GO IMMEDIATELY TO A SAFE REINFORCED BUILDING.

BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR STAIRWAY TO AVOID COLLAPSING

ROOM SUCH AS A CLOSET OR BATHROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.
