000 TTAA00 KMLB 032249 TORMLB FLC127-032330- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MELBOURNE FL 648 PM EDT TUE MAY 3 1994 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MELBOURNE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA ...NORTHERN VOLUSIA COUNTY AT 645 PM EDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR STATE ROAD 40 AND I-95. THE WEATHER SERVICE HAS ALSO RECEIVED SEVERAL REPORTS OF FUNNEL CLOUDS IN THAT AREA. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 5 MPH. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
