FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST TEXAS
 
   ...MIDLAND COUNTY
 
AT 1030 PM CDT...NUMEROUS REPORTS OF STREET FLOODING HAVE BEEN REPORTED
IN THE CITY OF MIDLAND. THE STORM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HEAVY RAINS IS
MOVING THE EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
