FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL MARYLAND
 
   ...SOUTHEASTERN CARROLL COUNTY
 
AT 115 PM...DOPPLER RADAR IN STERLING VIRGINIA SHOWS A STRONG
THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHEAST CARROLL COUNTY. THIS STORM IS PRODUCING
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL. RADAR ESTIMATES ALMOST TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN IN 45 MINUTES NEAR THE TOWNS OF ELDERSBURG, SUNSET HILL AND
LOUISVILLE. THIS STORM IS MOVING VERY LITTLE AT THIS TIME. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY IF YOU ARE IN A FLOOD-PRONE AREA.

ONE...ON FOOT.  TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND.
