TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA
 
   ...NORTHEASTERN MADISON COUNTY...NORTHERN STANTON COUNTY
   ...SOUTHERN WAYNE COUNTY
 
AT 722 PM CDT RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO AND
ROTATION WAS VISIBLE JUST NORTHWEST OF THE NORFOLK AIRPORT. THIS STORM
WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL EFFECT THE COMMUNITIES OF
NORFOLK...HOSKINS AND PILGER.
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS WEATHER SITUATION AND EVERYONE IN THE WARNED
AREA SHOULD BE IN SHELTER.
 
AT 725 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND 3 MILES WEST OF NORFOLK AND
WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
 
ACT QUICKLY.  TAKE SHELTER IN THE INNERMOST PORTION OF THE BUILDING
ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  GET TO A BASEMENT IF POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS.
PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS WITH CUSHIONS...BLANKETS OR
PILLOWS.
