GRANT. THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTH AT 15 MILES AN HOUR. GRANT IS ABOUT 50
MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE. THIS WARNING UPGRADES THE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR WESTERN PERKINS COUNTY WHICH WAS UNTIL 830 PM
MDT.
