AT 928 AM EST RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES SOUTHWEST
OF MUNCIE NEAR KENNARD. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH...AND WILL
MOVE THROUGH NEW CASTLE BY 945 AM.
 
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
