IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS ...NORTHEASTERN HARPER COUNTY...NORTHERN SUMNER COUNTY AT 718 PM... WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND JUST SOUTH OF HARPER... OR 28 MILES EAST OF MEDICINE LODGE. SOME DAMAGE WAS REPORTED. THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL REACH THE COMMUNITY OF CONWAY SPRINGS BY 800 PM. IF YOU LIVE ALONG HIGHWAY 42 IN HARPER COUNTY... OR WEST OF CONWAY SPRINGS... GET INTO SHELTER NOW. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM. ACT QUICKLY.
