000 TTAA00 KHOU 170506 TORHOU TXC201-339-170615- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HOUSTON TX 1206 AM CDT MON OCT 17 1994 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN HOUSTON HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 115 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS ...NORTHERN HARRIS COUNTY...MONTGOMERY COUNTY AT 1201 AM...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO ON THE HARRIS COUNTY LINE 6 MILES WEST OF TOMBALL MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS STORM WILL BE MOVING INTO THE TOMBALL AREA IN BY 1215 AM AND THE WOODLANDS AREA BY 1230 AM. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO ... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING. AS A LAST RESORT GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
