THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LANSING HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL MICHIGAN
 
   ...EASTERN EATON COUNTY
 
AT 758 PM EDT...SPOTTERS AND VOLUNTEER FIRE PERSONNEL REPORT SEVERAL
FUNNEL CLOUDS IN THE VICINITY OF CHARLOTTE. ONE FUNNEL WAS REPORTED NEAR
M50 AND COCHRAN ROADS. A SECOND FUNNEL WAS REPORTED NEAR ISLAND ROAD
JUST EAST OF CHARLOTTE. CHARLOTTE IS 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LANSING. THE
STORM PRODUCING THE FUNNEL WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN
HOUR. PEOPLE IN THE TOWN OF POTTERVILLE SHOULD EXPECT THIS STORM TO PASS
OVERHEAD BETWEEN 910 AND 920 PM.
