AT 734 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 14 MILES SOUTH OF
COLBY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. THIS STORM SHOULD CROSS I-70
2 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MINGO AROUND 750 PM CDT.
