THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 915 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF SOUTH DAKOTA
      CENTRAL TRIPP

AT AT 855 PM C A TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES NORTH OF WINNER
SOUTH DAKOTA. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. CITY MOST
LIKELY EFFECT BY THE TORNADO WOULD BE WINNER.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT
SHELTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. CARS ANDD MOBILE HOMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED FOR
