AT 1230 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED A POTENTIAL TORNADO 5 MILES EAST OF PERRY
IN NORTHEASTERN COUNTY. THE TORNADIC CELL IS MOVING NORTH-NORTHWEST AT
25 MPH.
