RADAR AND PUBLIC REPORTS OF A TORNADO OVER SOUTHERN ELBERT COUNTY MOVING
NORTH NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. THE ELBERT COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE
HAD REPORTED THAT A TORNADO HAD TAKEN THE TOP OFF OF BUILDING IN
SOUTHERN ELBERT COUNTY.
