AT 745 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH A
POSSIBLE TORNADO MOVING ACROSS THE KINNEY AND UVALDE COUNTY LINE INTO
WESTERN UVALDE COUNTY.  THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE EAST 20 MILES PER
HOUR.
 
EARLIER THIS STORM PRODUCED A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN THE BRACKETTVILLE
AREA.
