TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  230 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...NORTHWESTERN PRATT COUNTY...SOUTHWEST STAFFORD COUNTY
 
AT 155 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
NORTH OF HAVILAND...16 MILES WEST OF PRATT CONTAINED A DEVELOPING
TORNADO. THE STORM WILL PASS BETWEEN HOPEWELL AND BYERS BY 210 PM CDT.
TAKE IMMEDIATE SHELTER!!!!
