SOUTHEAST OF PRATT AND WILL BE MOVING ACROSS OPEN COUNTRY ACROSS
SOUTHEASTERN PRATT COUNTY UNTIL 7:30 PM CDT. MOVEMENT OF THIS STORM
IS TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
