FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 430 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR FROM STATE COLLEGE SHOWED A BAND OF MODERA
SHOWERS FROM CENTRAL LYCOMING COUNTY SOUTH TO WESTERN UNION COUNTY. THIS
BAND OF MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THESE COUNTIES FOR THE NEXT
2-3 HOURS AGGRAVATING EXISTING FLOODING PROBLEMS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
