AT 735 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR IN COLLEGE TOWNSHIP INDICATED A POSSIBLE
TORNADO IN MCKEAN COUNTY BETWEEN MOUNT ALTON AND MOUNT JEWITT. THIS
TORNADO IS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
