A TORNADO IN ALLIANCE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS
STORM WILL MOVE ACROSS EXTREME SOUTHWEST MAHONING COUNTY AND INTO
NORTHWEST COLUMBIANA COUNTY BY 320 PM. THIS STORM WILL MOVE INTO THE
LISBON AREA BY 340 PM.
