FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  845 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...MAHONING COUNTY...TRUMBULL COUNTY
 
AT 440 NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS FROM YOUNGSTOWN BACK TO MANSFIELD. THESE STORMS WERE
MOVING EAST AT 20 MILES PER HOUR AND HAVE THE CAPACITY FOR VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL. THE TRUMBULL COUNTY SHERIFF HAS ALREADY RECEIVED
REPORTS OF MINOR FLOODING...AND THESE ARE CERTAIN TO WORSEN AS THE
RAINFALL CONTINUES.
