IN SOUTH CAROLINA ...EASTERN RICHLAND COUNTY AT 135 PM RICHLAND COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A TORNADO IN EASTERN RICHLAND COUNTY NEAR HIGHWAY 764. IT WAS MOVING NORTH TOWARD HIGHWAY 378. DO NOT STAY IN A CAR OR MOBILE HOME DURING A TORNADO. CARS AND MOBILE HOMES ARE EASILY TOSSED AROUND BY TORNADO WINDS.
