A CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS INDICATED BY BUFFALO RADAR JUST
SOUTH OF THE PENNSYLVANIA BORDER. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF STRONG
WINDS. A TORNADO WAS REPORTED OVER CRAWFORD COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA WITH
ONE OF THESE CELLS. THE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH.
 
BE ON THE ALERT FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACCOMPANIED BY FREQUENT
LIGHTNING...STRONG DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.  LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN MAY ALSO CAUSE DRAINAGE FLOODING.
