SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  330 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN  NEW YORK

   ...NORTHERN CAYUGA...OSWEGO

AT 220 PM BUFFALO RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN
CAYUGA COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 30 MILES
AN HOUR AND SHOULD CONTINUE THROUGH NORTHERN CAYUGA AND SOUTHERN OSWEGO
COUNTIES IN THE NEXT HOUR AND MOVING TOWARD FULTON AND CENTRAL SQUARE.

BE ON THE ALERT FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACCOMPANIED BY FREQUENT
LIGHTNING...STRONG DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.  LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN MAY ALSO CAUSE DRAINAGE FLOODING.
