THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 945 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      CENTRAL OLIVER

AT 850 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 5 MILES
NORTHWEST OF CENTER...OR 50 MILES NORTHWEST OF BISMARCK. ALSO...
A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER OBSERVED ROTATION WITHIN THIS WELL
ORGANIZED THUNDERSTORM. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TOWARD THE
SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL IMPACT THE TOWN OF CENTER BETWEEN NOW
AND 930 PM CDT...

REMEMBER...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE
A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT.
