EASTERN HARDING COUNTY SOUTHEAST OF BUEYEROS. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL
LIKELY PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING
AND HAIL.
