FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...S...

IN SOUTHEAST COLORADO

   ...SOUTHEASTERN KIOWA COUNTY...NORTH CENTRAL PROWERS COUNTY

AT 454 PM MDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR THE
KIOWA...PROWERS COUNTY LINE...5 MILES NORTHEAST OF WILEY...2 MILES NORTH
OR KORNMAN. THE STORMS WERE DEVELOPING SOUTH INTO NORTHERN PROWERS
COUNTY...AS THEY MOVED SOUTHEAST 15 MPH.
