COUNTIES. THESE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS AND
VERY HEAVY RAIN. THE THUNDERSTORM WERE MOVING EAST 45 MPH AND WILL
MOVE ACROSS DELAWARE AND PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES BEFORE 515 PM..
