A STORM SPOTTER IN MANTUA TOWNSHIP REPORTED HAIL AS BIG AS QUARTERS
FALLING AT 205 PM. IN ADDITION...WINDS GUSTED TO 66 MPH AT THE
WILMINGTON AIRPORT IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY DELAWARE. THE STORMS ARE MOVING
TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
