SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

   ...BUCKS COUNTY


...SMALL STREAM WARNING FOR THE NESHAMINY CREEK AT LANGHORNE...

     AT 445 AM EDT THE GAGE READING ON THE NESHAMINY CREEK AT
LANGHORNE WAS 8.24 FT.  FLOOD STAGE IS 9 FEET.
     WELL OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL OVERNIGHT IN THE NESHAMINY
CREEK BASIN...AND IT IS STILL RAINING.  THE NESHAMINY CREEK IS
EXPECTED TO CREST AROUND 13 FT SOME TIME THIS MORNING.

      IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
CLIMBING ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM
BEING SWEPT INTO DANGEROUS STREAM CONDITIONS AS WATER LEVELS RISE.
