FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...BLAIR COUNTY
 
WEATHER RADAR INDICATES THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS OVER THE
NORTHERN HALF OF BLAIR COUNTY. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SLOWLY SOUTH AND
ARE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS.  FLOODING OF STREAMS AND CREEKS AND LOW
LYING AREAS SEEMS A GOOD BET IN NORTHERN BLAIR COUNTY NEAR THE TOWNS OF
TYRONE...BELLWOOD...WILLAMSBURG AND CANOE CREEK.  THE HEAVY RAINS MAY
MOVE SOUTHWARD AND AFFECT AREAS LIKE ALTOONA AND HOLIDAYSBURG AS WELL.

SEEK HIGHER GROUND IF WATER RISES.
