AT 640 PM CDT LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONEL REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE
GROUND JUST EAST OF SIDNEY IOWA...45 MILES SOUTHEAST OF OMAHA.
OMAHA RADAR SHOWS THE STORM MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
PEOPLE IN SIDNEY IOWA SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  IF THE STORM
HOLDS TOGETHER IT WOULD REACH THE SHENANDOAH AREA BETWEEN 700 AND 715
PM.
 
PERSONS IN THE WARNED ZAREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
