THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ROCHESTER MN HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  115 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA

   ...BROWN COUNTY...WESTERN NICOLLET COUNTY

SEVERAL REPORTS OF FUNNELS CLOUDS WERE REPORTED NEAR FAIRFAX...15 MILES
NORTHWEST OF NEW ULM. THE STORM PRODUCING THESE FUNNEL CLOUDS WAS MOVING
TO THE EAST 35 MPH.

THE STORM WHICH PRODUCED A TORNADO NEAR SANBORN...35 MILES WEST OF NEW
ULM...HAS MOVED TO NEAR SPRINGFIELD...20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NEW ULM.

SOME CITIES AND TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS ARE NEW ULM...
SLEEPY EYE...ST. GEORGE...KLOSSNER...AND SPRINGFIELD.

HEAD FOR THE BASEMENT NOW!  DON'T GO OUTSIDE TO LOOK FOR THE
TORNADO...IT COULD BE BEARING DOWN ON YOUR LOCATION.  GET UNDERn
SOME STURDY FURNITURE...OR UNDERNEATH A STAIRWAY TO AVOID
WIND BLOWN DEBRIS.  MOBILE HOMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED.
