AT 1030 PM A TORNADO WAS REPORTED 5 MILES WEST OF CYRUS...25 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF ALEXANDRIA. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25
MILES AN HOUR. THIS TORNADO IS MOVING TOWARD THE TOWNS OF
STARBUCK...LOWRY...CYRUS...GLENWOOD.
