AT 3:45 PM THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND ALONG THE ST.
CROIX RIVER 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF STILLWATER MINNESOTA. THIS STORM
WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH ALONG THE ST. CROIX RIVER IN NORTHERN WASHINGTON
COUNTY AND WESTERN POLK COUNTY.
