TORRENTIAL RAINS HAVE MOVED INTO WASECA COUNTY NEAR WASECA. THE STORMS
WERE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH AND SHOULD MOVE TO OWATONNA AND HOPE
IN STEELE COUNTY BY 715 PM.
 
VERY HEAVY RAINS HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN WASECA COUNTY...IN EXCESS OF 3
INCHES IN OHE HOUR WAS REPORTED IN SOUTHWEST WASECA COUNTY NEAR WALDORF.
 
HEAVY RAINS CAN FLOOD BASEMENTS...AND STREETS CAN BECOME RIVERS.
MOST FLOODING DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD...THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  IF YOURZ
