THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 245 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NEBRASKA
      SOUTHEAST BOONE...PLATTE

AT 130 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 40 MILES OF
COLUMBUS.  THE STORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.  THE
STORM WILL BE MOVING OVER THE TOWN OF ST EDWARD AND LINDSAY DURING
THE NEXT HOUR.
PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING AND
VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT CAN QUICKLY FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA.
REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN ALSO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH
LITTLE OR NO WARNING.

THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE NORTHERN COUNTIES OF
NORTHEAST AND NORT CENTRAL NEBRASKA UNTIL 7 AM CDT THIS MONDAY
MORNING.
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF NORTHEAST NEBRASKA
FOR THE REST OF TONIGHT.
