FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION   S...

   ...CLAY COUNTY...JACKSON COUNTY...LEE COUNTY...MAGOFFIN COUNTY
   ...MORGAN COUNTY...WOLFE COUNTY
 
AT 10 PM EDT...A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM 25 MILES NORTH OF JACKSON TO
30 MILES WEST OF HAZARD ARE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. THESE
STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING RAINFAAL IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES AN HOUR.
PEOPLE IN MANCHESTER...SANDGAP...BEATTYVILLE...SALYERSVILLE...WEST
LIBERTY AND CAMPTON SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.

THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR
CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS.  CAMPERS SHOULD
AVOID CAMPING ALONG STREAMS OR CREEKS DURING THREATENING RAINS.
