SMALL STREAM FLODING IS LIKELY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING IN THE
MIAI VALLEY AND WEST CENTRAL OHIO.
 
PEOPLE LIVING NEAR SMALL STRREAMS SHOULD LISTEN FOR THE LATEST WEATHER
INFORMATION AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO SAFETY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED.
 
HAM SPOTTER REPORTED ONE INCH OF RAIN IN 10 MINUTES IN GREENVILLE AT 720
PM EDT. COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICIALS REPORTED MANY ROADS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH
WATER.
 
HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE IN PORTIONS OF DARKE COUNTY UNTIL 9 PM EDT.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
