TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS
 
   ...MONTGOMERY COUNTY
 
AT 847 PM DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A TORNADO DEVELOPING 5 MILES EAST OF ELK
CITY OR 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF COFFEEVILLE.
 
PEOPLE IN INDEPENCE SHOULD GO TO THEIR TORNADO SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
 
THE STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
